DAY 01 | ARRIVAL AT MALDIVES

 

Welcome to the tropical island of “Maldives”!!!

Your tour to Maldives begins after your arrival at Male airport. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our representative, who would transfer you to your hotel. Check-in to your hotel and enjoy the day at leisure and enjoy the views of crystal clear waters ebbing sandy beaches.

 

DAY 02|MALDIVES (B+D)

 

After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for indulge into the today’s activities. Today you have an amazing opportunity to see the underwater world of the sea while scuba diving and snorkeling. (Optional) Enjoy the full day activities and when you feel tired come back to your hotel. Have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 03 | DAY AT LEISURE– WATER SPORTS AT MALDIVES (Optional) (B+D)

 

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for the visit of the exotic beaches of Maldives, today you will enjoy snorkeling “Turtle Safari” (Optional) after that you may choose water sports activities on your own expense like Catamaran sailing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Ski Tour, Fun Tube, Water Skiing and many more or explore the beach destinations of Maldives. Have a comfortable overnight stay at Hotel.

 

DAY 04 | SUN BATH & SWIM IN CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER BEACH (B+D)

 

After early morning scrumptious breakfast at the hotel, day is free for leisure you can enjoy a sun bath on the beach, go for a swim or relax at your hotel room or explore the beaches near around your hoteland comfortable overnight stay at Hotel.

 

DAY 05 | DEPARTURE (B)

 

After Breakfast at hotel, check out from hotel and proceed to airport to board your flight for return journey to your home destination. Come back to your home with amazing and everlasting memories to cheer forever.

  • 04 nights’ accommodation in on CPAI Basis (Bed + Breakfast).
  • Welcome soft drinks upon arrival.

  • Return Airport Transfers by Speed Boat Included.
  • Transport as per itinerary inclusions not available at disposal.
  • Stay connected during your tour with complimentary Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi connectivity is limited in certain hotels or remote areas).

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 15 to 20 days before departure.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 07 to 15 days or less before departure.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure
  • Cancellation stage: 7 days or less 24 Hrs before departure.
  • 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
  • Flights Cancellation.
  • For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
  • All payments have to be clear 30 days prior to the date departure.
  • International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.(Except Saturday &

Sunday)

  • Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided 7 day prior to departure.
  • IML travel will not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 Nights prior to the date of departure.
  • IML travel acts just as an agent between the airlines and the traveler, we are not responsible for the check-in services like web check-in. If a guest wishes to do the web check-in they must visit the website of the respective airlines and follow the procedure.
  • All tours involving less than 10 Persons will be considered as FIT or individual tour.
  • All tours involving more than 10 Persons will be considered as group tour.
  • Any monument, activity entry-pass/ passes, Guide Services are not included in individual tour packages, unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point there is no provision of alternative transfer service. In this case guest may request for supplementary transport which will be charged extra. These services can be availed depending on the availability.
  • Full Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1700 Hrs (Maximum 8 Hours).
  • Half Day tours starts at 0900 Hrs till 1300 Hrs OR at 1200 Hrs till 1600 Hrs (Maximum 4 hrs)

IMPORTANT REMARKS

  • All the above is just an offer subject to your acceptance & no booking are done yet, space will be subject to availability while we go through booking.
  • Rate is based on the above mentioned number of travelers, in case there is an increase or decrease in the number of persons or change of date, IML Travel keeps the right to change its rates accordingly.
  • All transfers throughout the entire trip are on private basis by A/C Deluxe Vehicle.
  • All above mentioned sightseeing are on Private basis on Cairo, Luxor and Aswan.
  • Hotels official Check in at 15:00 Hrs& Check out at 12:00 hrs.
  • The Indian meals served at local restaurant in Cairo upon request with extra charge

FORCE MAJEURE

NOTE: 

 

IML Travel shall not be responsible for partial or complete non-performance of It’s obligations hereunder as a result of the impact of circumstances beyond their control and unforeseeable, for example, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane and other natural calamities, Political unrest epidemics, military and actions of authorities (“Force Majeure”). Under such circumstances, the period for fulfillment of obligations hereunder shall be extended for the period the conditions referred to above persist.
